| Not yet! If you ever get a "the site isn't there" error, it's due to Fateback doing server maintenance or (hopefully not *crosses fingers*) we had to move again! When the fateful day arrives when we do quit (which it inevitably will someday), we will let you know about it. Anyway, if the site is gone for a few days, post in our Forum, and we'll let you know what's going on. |

No, we are not taking skin requests. We're busy enough as it is and simply do not have the time to. If you want to make a skin request, try posting it in the appropriate Request forum at the CSN boards. We are taking object SUGGESTIONS at our forum (doesn't necessarily mean it will be made but it will be considered.) Also, the skin you want might have already been made by someone else. Check the Big List of Anime Sims Stuff for a comprehensive listing of Anime skins/objects. |

No! The Download Agreements clearly state that the only place to get our skins/objects is here, and we intend to keep it that way. Anyone who violates this will be promptly dealt with. |

Can I upload the families I made using your skins to the Sims Exchange? |

No. If you upload them there, it is generally the same as posting them on another site (which is forbidden) and it will be dealt with in a similar fashion. |

| We are not listing our e-mail addresses on the site any more due to people sending viruses, way too much spam, etc. If you need to contact us, please post in our forum. You need to be registered with Ezboard to be able to post! It's free, all you need is a valid e-mail address. |

What program did you use to make the meshes and where can I get it? |

Cool! Good for you! Check out the Hmmm topic in our Forum for more details on making skins. For objects, try reading the object-making tutorial at 7 Deadly Sims. For paintings, download Maxis' The Sims Art Studio and follow the directions. |
| If I submit a skin or object to your site, can I still have it on my own site when/if I create my own, or post it on The Sims Exchange? Basically, would I still have rights to my submissions? |
| Sure! All we do is host other people's creations to save them the time and effort of learning how to create their own site, so if you decide to create your own page in the future, feel free to. We'll even add a link to your page by your download/s if you desire. |

When we first started the site, we posted previews for some skins that weren't even done yet. Unfortunately, we got caught up in other skinning projects and still have not completed them. When we re-launched the site at Spaceports, we removed their pages. They will be back when/if we finish them. |
